Complete Care for the Whole Person.
I believe you hold the key to your own health, but sometimes the body needs a little help to turn the lock.
That is where I come in. As an experienced Naturopath, Remedial Massage Therapist, and ERT Practitioner, I work with you to restore your equilibrium and help you feel centered again.
Meet Lisa
Hi, I’m Lisa. With over 20 years of experience in the health industry, I established Pure Body Wellness to offer a more complete standard of care. I began my career as a Remedial Massage Therapist, but I quickly realized that physical symptoms are often just one piece of the puzzle. This led me to expand my practice into Naturopathy and Emotional Release Therapy, allowing me to treat the person, not just the pain.
My approach is deeply investigative and compassionate. While I work with a wide range of conditions, I have a specific passion for supporting men and women through midlife transitions, thyroid health, and autoimmune challenges. By combining hands-on bodywork with nutrition and herbal medicine, I help uncover the root causes of your symptoms rather than offering a temporary fix.
I can help with a range of conditions but I specialise in personalised one-on-one support for

Yes, it is safe and highly beneficial for women after the first trimester (12 weeks). I use a specialised pregnancy cushion that allows you to lie face-down comfortably and safely throughout the treatment.

Dry Needling is different from getting an injection. You might feel a dull ache or a "twitch" response when the muscle releases, but most clients do not describe it as painful. It is an effective way to reset muscle tension quickly.
-
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing (like activewear). The compression sleeves go over your arms or legs, so tight denim or bulky layers are best avoided

Emotion Release Technique (ERT) is a mind-body technique that finds and removes neurological imbalances related to the physiology of unresolved stress. In simpler terms: sometimes physical pain is caused by emotional stress. ERT helps us find that stress and release it, allowing the body to repair itself.
-
No. While we identify emotions, we don’t spend the session "talking it out" or analysing your past. It is a physiological technique that focuses on the physical response to stress. It is fast, gentle, and often provides immediate relief.

Yes! My range of handcrafted herbal teas is available for purchase. If you require specific liquid herbal tonics or compounded supplements, these are "Practitioner Only" products and will require a consultation to ensure they are safe and right for you.
